More and more employers are demanding intercultural skills of their applicants, as companies nowadays mostly operate internationally. Intercultural skills are also of great advantage during a stay abroad during your studies: they make it easier to deal with, settle in and communicate in a unknown environment. Incoming/outgoing students need to learn how to get settled in a foreign country.
The participants of this workshop acquire comprehensive cultural knowledge and the ability to change perspectives.
They will be able to reflect on and assess their own and others‘ actions in an intercultural context.
They are familiar with intercultural communication strategies and their implementation in the context of different cultural models and dimensions.
They know how to use cultural analysis tools in critical situations and are able to assess transition challenges.
