The Interview – German culture of jobfinding
The interview on a new job is culturally coded. Shaking hands was very important at the beginning of an interview. Since the beginning of the pandemic this habit changed to more distanced welcoming practices. What does a hiring manager expect from an applicant? We will find out in this workshop with examples and role plays. Be prepared for your first online interview or share your experiences with the group and discuss it. This workshop in English and German will prepare you for your next interview. The term roleplay will be essential to your skills.
Workshop skills:
•Interview in real and online.
•Interview practices.
•German peculiarities.
•Clothing for an interview.
•Body language.
