Objective and yet opportunity-oriented testing

If you would like to obtain 5 AE in the Area C (Examination) for the certificate Hochschullehre Bayern, you will complete a short paper or solve a small task after the workshop in consultation with Dr. Susanne Frölich-Steffen.

The educational biographies of students in Germany continue to be influenced by diversity dimensions (gender, physical and mental health, origin, age, social status, etc.). It is clear that society and the education sector are not yet sufficiently successful in providing equal educational opportunities in all areas of learning. However, the role of education is to enable all pupils to reach their full potential. To make this possible, didactic frameworks are needed that also consider diversity as a cross-cutting issue in the examination situation. This interactive lecture aims to raise students' awareness of discrimination in examinations and to show examiners how to deal with it constructively.
