The Henriette Herz Scouting Programme is scouting program to hire precisely excellent researchers from abroad.
After the program scouts have the flexibility to make the competitive offer of a prestigious Humboldt Research Fellowship to promising postdocs and recruit them for their own team. The program features a lean application process, guaranteed funding and long-term integration in the worldwide Humboldt Network.
